“We’re drinking a lot of beers and a lot of ciders, you know there’s a lot of good stuff out there. Things really need to stand out – they really need to have a noticeable flavor profile. It’s good to do blind taste tests as well – I go to home brew meetings a lot and you give your beer to your friends and they’re always going to say 'oh it’s really good beer.' But it’s really good to have someone not seeing you, not seeing the package, taking a taste and saying this is bad or this is great.”
