Ingredients (serves 8-10 people)

10 Green Bell Peppers
5 Green or Red Scotch Bonnets
3 large Onions
4 Spring Onions
Assorted meats
1 Cup Meat Stock
2 TBS locus beans
4 TBS Cray Fish
1 TBS salt
3 seasoning cubes (Chicken and beef)
Boiled eggs (optional)
