It is just over a year since the Arab peace-keeping
force, mainly Syrians, took over Beirut and other
major cities in Lebanon to bring that country's 19-month
civil war to an end. Since then, the Lebanese have been
counting the cost and doing what they can to get things
back to normal. This report shows how.
