Slow Cooker Sirloin Tip Roast for the WIN!

I've made slow cooker pot roasts with a lot of different cuts of beef, but this one is definitely the BEST! The Sirloin Tip Roast is more flavorful than some other cuts typically used for pot roasts and it's economical, too! It's almost $2.00 less a pound than chuck roast where I live.
