I was a 47kgs skinny guy, who just wanted to gain some weight as I was tried of the way I looked and wanted to Change things. But in my initial 5 months of training I only gained 2 kgs which was pretty frustrating. So, I don't want you guys to go through the same mistakes!

30g Oats
1 Banana
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
250ml Milk
1 Tbsp Honey
30 gm soya chunks
total calories : 662 protein : 33 gm carbs : 88 gm fat : 21 gm


Calories: 1061 kcal, Carbs: 140g, Fats: 38g, Protein: 39g
