I'm so blessed with brilliant and gifted students in my class. Ifemenam Ruth is one of the brilliant students in my class that has been representing the school in competitions with prizes and laurels. Hearing the demise of her beloved dad was very painful, especially during the exam that may affect her performance psychologically and feeling emotionally. I decided not to let her know of the demise of her dad until this moment of vacation yesterday, where I commended her in front of the class and requested the females to hug her and males to shake her hand. She was amazed and full of radiant smiles for the surprise. Today Friday is the wake keeping, I know that she must have been told at home of the demised of her beloved dad and realized the reason for these Hugs and Handshakes from her colleagues at school. But I also hope that this gesture with the flowers I gave her will go a long way to comforting and consoling her that she's loved. My condolence message. Obafemi Peter Lawal
