The Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® has opened applications to joining their Board of Directors this year. The application opened on March 1st and the application deadline is March 22nd at 3:00 PM MST.

NAR announced that throughout 2024 the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation course, will be available to REALTORS® at no cost! In support of this we will hold live classes of this free designation, and if you choose to take the live class versus the webinar option through NAR you will get 14 CE Credits. We currently have one session available on May 9th and 10th, we will notify our membership as soon as we know of the next dates.

The Military Relocation Professional Certification Course is live in the PPAR Training Room on March 6th from 9 am to 4:30 pm, it is $100 for members and you’ll get 7 CE Credits. Join National Instructor Rich Sands as he delves into subject matters such as housing allowances, services for Military buyers and sellers, private sector housing for Military, VA Financing for Active Duty, and so much more!
