The armored train on Giant's Shadow arrives when things look bleak for your team.

The behemoth is one of the most powerful and game-changing tools in Battlefield 1's arsenal. Unfortunately it's often never used to its full potential. Here are some tips to make sure you give your team the best chance to turn the tide of battle - or stop it from railroading your team on the new map.

The armored train on Giant's Shadow can help capture the objectives at the railyard, the lower crash site and the junction. If you're controlling the train, support efforts to capture objectives. You can do this by using the train's mortar effectively and moving the behemoth within the capture zone.

Remember that the armored train’s weapons can be targeted individually and disabled. A well-coordinated team can knock out the beast’s teeth quickly.

Whether you’re controlling the armored train or trying to destroy it, remember that once destroyed, its wreckage becomes a massive roadblock, so try to use it to your advantage.
