URUD DHAL – ULUNTHAM PARUPPU – 1 TABLE SPOON

After washing the rice and keerai. Soak Rice in water for 5 hrs before you start grinding . Keerai should be made as a paste by using mixer separately

Now we should start mixing slowly with the Dosa/Idly batter and grind it and add salt. Then allow them to ferment at least for 8hrs . Basically if you do in the evening , can make dosa in the morning. It will be super soft with no bitterness at all

Particularly Your Kids are Gonna Love It . The flavor will be simply awesome, and combination of garlic chutney will be a perfect fit. You can add bit curd also if you want.

As said, regular intake during the winter for at least a month can give amazing benefit.
