After Download your E-Aadhaar You need to Verify its Digital Signature for which you need Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (link given below). Without validating your Digital Signature, you won't be able to use it for any govt service purpose.

in E-adhaar pdf on the Yellow Colour question mark saying Validity Unknown & right-click on option Show Signature Properties.
You will see a button saying Show Signers Certificate, click on that. Then go to the Trust Tab and click on Add to Trusted validate Certificates.
