Delicious Healthy SPINACH CAKE Recipe -So Easy to Prepare!

This fabulous, bright green colored cake is delicious, fluffy and moist. It is a veggie dessert made with baby spinach amongst other known ingredients. It is a sweet and savory treat, you have to try it. It was my first time making it due to being curious about its taste and texture. Surprisingly the spinach taste was not apparent at all, it fades away. It tasted like a soft vanilla sponge cake. My children who were skeptical about it were asking for seconds. It was finished in less than an hour. I am adding it to my go to list of cakes.

Bake at 160°C (fan oven), 320°F (fan)
180° C (standard oven)/356°F for 45 minutes or until it is golden brown

ingredients

100g baby spinach
250ml fresh milk
3 large eggs
1 & 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
240ml cooking oil

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Icing sugar -Optional
