Today's Life in France is taking a walk in the French countryside walking along the river Blavet with the start of the autumn colors showing on the trees all filmed in 4K.

I had walked along the river Blavet a few weeks before but after a few days of rain wanted to see how the river was affected and was very impressed with the power of the water at the Locke. It was also lovely to see the trees along the Blavet had begun to show their autumn colors.

The river Blavet is an amazing French river enjoyed by many, walkers, nature lovers, boating enthusiasts, and ornithologists - the river Blavet has become a very popular tourist attraction for those enjoying a holiday in southern Brittany.

In addition to being a popular tourist attraction, the river Blavet is known for its fishing, in 2006 the river Blavet was voted best course fishing river in France.

I will take you on another walk in the French countryside in another few week's time to show the trees in spectacular autumn colors filmed in 4K.

My new life in France started in 2006 and I love the location of where I settled just 3 miles from a French market town yet in the middle of the French countryside.

Living in the French countryside is a wonderful French lifestyle to enjoy we have the best of both worlds, idyllic French countryside filled with woodland and rolling hills and yet just 5 minutes from all amenities.
