In 2019,three people buyed flate thruogh an auction by the bank sbi, three of them are nontribal
they had quoted the SC judgement so as to get the registration and mutation
hence the dispute that a non tribal buying property in tribal land, it is really important to mention that there is an act(Himachal pradesh transfer of land regulation act 1968)made through legislation which provides special/exception to tribals when it comes to land
the bank sold off the property by the process of law only(the sarfaesi act)
Here arises the question

my humble effort to simplify the issue the so that everybody can understand with clarity that what are the points that one have to consider while talking about this dispute
this series will be in chapters where I am try
ing to take diverse opinion although I know that finally it would be the interpretation of honourable HC or SC that will prevail or the legislation
but opinions of people can't be ignored.
