Today was my second day in Saigon, Vietnam after 3 months and I definitely made up for lost time! I headed out for the ultimate Pho Bo (beef pho with brisket) in Ho Chi Minh City with no other than ‪@Macoi24‬ This was Vietnamese Street Food at its finest!

We headed to an almost 24 hour pho shop on the edge of D1 called Phở Hải and it was up there with the best I've had. This is why Vietnam makes the best soup in the world in my opinion!
