Here are the steps to clear history and browsing data from Chrome Android:
1. Launch Chrome for Android app.
2. Tap on 3 dots menu for options.
3. Select Settings for the list.
4. Tap on the Privacy tab under the Advanced section.
5. Select Clear browsing data tab from the list.
6. Under the BASIC tab, enable the checkbox for Browsing History.
7. Select the Time Range from the drop-down menu.
8. Finally, tap on the 'Clear data' command button to delete the history and browsing data.

This will not only clear the browsing data from the Chrome browser, but also from the all signed-in devices including the myactivity.google.com.

Here are the steps to delete cookies and cache data from Chrome Android:
1. Launch Chrome for Android app.
2. Tap on 3 dots menu for options.
3. Select Settings for the list.
4. Tap on the Privacy tab under the Advanced section.
5. Select Clear browsing data tab from the list.
6. Under the BASIC tab, enable the checkbox for 'Cookies and site data' along with 'Cached images and files'.
7. Select the Time Range from the drop-down menu.
8. Finally, tap on the 'Clear data' command button to delete the cookies and cache data.

This will delete all the cookies and cache stored in Google Chrome for Android. All the images, static files, browser storage of all the sites will be deleted permanently.

Here are the steps to delete all saved passwords and autofill form data from Chrome Android:
1. Launch Chrome for Android app.
2. Tap on 3 dots menu for options.
3. Select Settings for the list.
4. Tap on the Privacy tab under the Advanced section.
5. Select Clear browsing data tab from the list.
6. Switch to the ADVANCED tab, enable the checkbox for 'Saved passwords' and 'Auto-fill form data'.
7. Deselect checkbox against on History, Cache, Cookies, Site settings etc. if you do not wish to delete.
8. Select the Time Range if needed from the drop-down menu.
9. Tap on the 'Clear data' command button to delete the passwords and form data.

This will delete all the saved passwords and form autofill data from the Chrome browser as well as Google sync from all other devices.

Here are the steps to completely wipe out the data from Chrome Android:
1. Launch Chrome for Android app.
2. Tap on 3 dots menu for options.
3. Select Settings for the list.
4. Tap on the Privacy tab under the Advanced section.
5. Select Clear browsing data tab from the list.
6. Switch to the ADVANCED tab, enable the checkbox for all the tabs.
7. Select the Time Range as 'All Time' from the drop-down menu.
8. Tap on the 'Clear data' command button to erase the Chrome for Android data.

This action is irreversible and completely wipeout the Chrome data as well as the Passwords, History, Auto-fill form data from devices that are signed-in with the same Google account.
