EDIT: this one isn’t quite as missing as I first thought. It’s S3 E12 and ADC TV Collection uploaded this 9 years ago… The master tape is still missing, though, and that’s what’s important!

I have received confirmation from a member of Kaleidoscope that this episode no longer existed in any medium… until now! It’s not just the TVS paperwork that’s missing, most of the tapes themselves are as well. The VHS cassette of this will be sent off to be stored with Kaleidoscope.
