She received a Procedural Fairness Letter, where they confirmed the statements were fraudulent. Her spouse has now received a 5-year ban, while the children received another refusal. (This is a real-life story, but names have been changed for privacy reasons.)

As it stands, she can reapply for her children but not her spouse at this time.
It is always important to ensure you are applying for your visa with authentic documents; IRCC is constantly improving its verification process. It might look small, but it could be very detrimental when caught.
