As a chef i know those long hours on my feet can really get me tired and exhausted. That’s why I learned quickly that if I wanted to last in the culinary world I had to manage my diet and Exercise so I can have enough Stamina to level up with the men in the industry. I made sure no to even touch that junk I made. As a chef I came in the business weighing 159 lbs and a few years later I was weighing 230 lbs. Being a chef is not a joke when it come to health. We are exposed to so much food and tasting that chefs and easily start gaining weight. I believe the image of a chef is everything. That’s why I do my best today to be fit and my healthy best self.

Kimchi 
1 Napa cabbage
2 green onion
1/2 onion
Korean chili flakes
Salt ( add by weight ) or just add 3 tsp and call it a day.

Allow to ferment outside 1-3 day and then put it in the fridge to stay there forever.

Now you can eat with rice. It’s so yummy. I get lots of energy with this one. And I feel so light and with energy.
