In this video we replace the subframe, rear trailing arm (RTAB) and diff mount bushings in Bailey's blue 318ti with poly bushings. This work can be somewhat scary if you haven't done it before but is actually fairly easy and after 20+ years on the road these cars need it to handle as well as they should. This procedure is basically the exact same if you are working on an E30 or Z3.
