Joya-Bijoya visits her and tell her that her mother is coming to meet her. Then the girls ask Parvati about the reason of her being upset. Menaka overhears this conversation. She asks Parvati to leave Kailash and come along with her to the Himalaya. In the meantime, Bholanath enters. Menaka asks Bholanath the reason of not giving the right to Parvati to bear his child. Then Bholanath replies to Parvati that Ganga can never bear the heat of his child and so ultimately Parvati will have to bear the child.
