Descubre la primera retrospectiva en España de Alex Katz, una de las principales figuras del arte americano del siglo XX y precursor del arte pop, todavía en activo.

Un conjunto de cuarenta óleos de gran formato que ofrecen una panorámica de los temas favoritos del pintor: sus retratos, sus reconocibles flores o los envolventes paisajes de vivos colores y fondos planos.

For the first time in Spain, a retrospective on the American painter Alex Katz, one of the key figures in the history of 20th century American art and a forerunner of Pop Art who continues active today.

The exhibition includes around 40 large-format oils, offering a survey of all of the artist’s habitual themes: his portraits together with his distinctive flowers and sweeping landscapes painted with bright colours and flat backgrounds.
