Husqvarna Viking Spanish Hemstitching Foot

The Spanish Hemstitch Attachment is exclusive to both Bernina and Husqvarna Viking sewing machines. Is used to create the look of hand-sewn fagotting entirely by machine. This decorative technique joins two pieces of fabric or lace leaving a space between them for decorative stitches. The fabric edges may be corded, folded or finished in other ways such as hemmed or faced. This technique also works well when attaching decorative lace to fabric.
