Slowly getting back to a routine that allows me to be more mindful and productive. I usually don't try to do everything at once, so I will show more of these videos as my routine changes. For now I just started with getting up and slowly making breakfast and preparing lunch while restocking the fridge.
I've learned that if I try to change too much too fast, I give up very fast because it doesn't feel attainable. It takes 21 days to form a habit, and once you've succeded, you can add on the next. At least that's what I do.
