I can't BELIEVE this is Shkodër, Albania 🇦🇱

I've just reached Shkodër, which is the largest city in Northern Albania. To my surprise, the city had a unique vibe that reminded me of the Netherlands at times. It was a pleasant surprise to experience such a different atmosphere than I was expecting.
