Leaving San Jose, Costa Rica & crossing the Sixaola / Panama border on a Kawasaki KLR650 motorcycle.

After flying to Nassau, Bahamas and jumping onto a Super Yacht to Fort Lauderdale, I'm back in Costa Rica. Nice to arrive to a clean, dry motorcycle. I left San Jose, Costa Rica and headed to Puerto Viejo de Talamanca via Limon. The mission was to exit Costa Rica and cross the Border at Sixaloa.

Things did not go as smooth as I thought they would but that's life crossing borders in Central America and riding a motorcycle. You need to take your time and have a ton of patience. AND even then when you think it's going great, something always happens.

The bike isn't running that great right now but I topped her up (2017 Kawasaki KLR650) with some oil and am hoping for the best. She'll get a good spa day in Panama City!
