The tempo is approximately Card 4 + DPS: Cherry + Jalapeno | Ice | Ice | Ice

Main threats:
MJ: may summon Backups on the naked Gloom-shrooms. There are mainly 4 ways to stop them
1. Put Pumpkin on 2-7/5-7
2. Block them at 2-9/5-9
3. Freeze them before they summon
4. Do nothing, let Glooms and Melons kill them
1 is not applicable on Zomboni levels. 2 is used on wave 10/20, where there are no Ice trail. At other time, it's also not applicable
3 is pretty difficult. It takes 3.4 seconds for MJ to summon Backups, and it takes 3.0 seconds to activate an Ice. If you can react within that 0.4 seconds, MJ can be frozen and killed before summoning. However, this is really hard for me. If I were allowed to use pause spam, auto sun collection, auto Ice script, or spawning countdown, it would be a lot easier.
4 can kill MJ almost 90% of the time (if you keep column 8 empty, excluding W1, W10, W20, when the Glooms react slowly). This is not stable, depending on how lucky you are

Zomboni: bans Pumpkin on 2-7/5-7 and cannon fodders on 2-9/5-9

Jack: row 2/5: 9+8 Gloom + Ice (   • Jack Suppression (1): Early Jack  )
row 1/6: 7+6 Gloom + Winter Melons (+ Ice) (   • Jack Suppression (2): Late Jack  )
During the Cherry + Jala wave, if early Jacks on the row beside Jala are not slowed down, they may blow up the Gloom, but that's pretty rare.

Giga: They would be killed if you follow the tempo and use a few cannon fodders or Squash. On row 1/6, if they are not slowed down for a long time, they may go into the house. A safe way is to use an extra Ice or a Jalapeno

Football: If you freeze them, they will be killed. If not, they may bite the Gloom

Catapult: Same as Football. This strategy does not have Umbrealla Leaves

Mistakes:
2:50 The Sun-shroom at 2-8 blocks MJ early. Fortunately, I have a Pumpkin
3:40 I forgot to block 5-9. Fortunately, that MJ gets killed before it summons
4:27 Squash gets killed. That may not be a mistake. Just unlucky.
1:18, 5:24 MJ freezing failures
