Yatay Paketleme Makinesi (Standart 1 servolu), Motion Control (3 Servolu) ve Otomatik besleme opsiyonları bulunmaktadır. Standart Yatay Paketleme Makinesinde besleme ünitesinde bulunan paletlerin arasına yerleştirilen ürün palet yardımı ile ambalajın içine girer ve ambalajın ürünü sarma işlemi gerçekleşir. Ürünün sarma işlemi gerçekleştikten sonra diskler yardımı ile ambalajın alt
yapıştırma işlemi gerçekleşir. Disk grubundan alt yapıştırması gerçekleştirilerek geçen ürün çeneler
yardımı ile ağız yapıştırmaları gerçekleştirilir ve ürün yastık paket şeklinde paketlenmiş olur. Paketlenmiş ürün konveyör yardımı ile koliye aktarılır. İsteğe göre sağ-sol koliye ürün sayımı yapılabilir. Yatay paketleme makinesi gıdaya uygundur ve CE sertifikalıdır.

The product, which is placed between the pallets in the feeding unit in the Standard Horizontal Packaging Machine, enters the package with the help of the pallet and the product wrapping process of the package takes place. After the wrapping process of the product is completed, the bottom gluing process of the packaging takes place with the help of discs. The bottom bonding of the product passing through the disc group is done with the help of jaws, and the product is packaged in pillow packages. The packaged product is transferred to the parcel with the help of a conveyor. Optionally, product counting can be done in the right-left box. Horizontal packaging machine is suitable for food and has CE certificate.
