PP/PE plastic bottle recycling line is developed for disposing the large quantity PP/PE waste bottles. the complete line includes the following units:
1, plastic single shaft shredder: for coarse crushing of the PP/PE bottles.
2, sorting table: for color control.
3, metal detector: for sorting out metals
4, Heavy wet plastic crusher: for second crushing the bottle flakes.
5, friction washer: forced washing the dirties on the surface of flakes.
6, washing tank: wash out the dirties mixing with the bottle flakes, it is equipped with the circular pipeline connected to the second friction washer, for circular use of water.
7, second friction washer: wash the flakes again and convey the flakes to the dehydrator.
8, dehydrator: dehydrate the bottle flakes by centrifugal force.
9, heat dryer: dry the flakes with hot air from the electrical heater.
11, cyclone system: storage the flakes for package.
12, centralized control cabinet: control the running status of the whole line.
