HOA meeting, March 11,2025 7pm incident prior or near 7-7:15pm
I was escorting my wife in her wheelchair to the door and stepped to the street to observe activity, then officer Pastor-cotto #6966 explains I'm somehow being trespassed from HOA property without any explanation of why or knowledge of my doing anything harmful or disturbing
I was actually speaking to individual who was walking in neighbors yard and expressing why he shouldn't but also then to express additional concern of earlier conversations to board actions to purposely draw accusations with no incident on me

tried to do my best to avoid altercation, I live adjacent to the community clubhouse where these meetings are held to ONLY homeowners "??"


HOA officers Alfredo Perez President Lorella Vera Vice President and director Jeanine Ragonese aka Joe Buckley and admin Yahayra Mariscal present

approx. 9 Homeowners present

Fact is deputy Pastor #6699 was arranged to come while I would be assisting my wife to the entrance the. walk and stand at the street (note Sheriff Dept almost is always 45 minutes out for non emergency calls) was states he was even late making an attempt to be present from tied up at a meeting , to assist the HOA Alfredo Perez carry out their fraudulent CEASE AND DESIST sent by certified mail DEC 24,2023 as a paid action by Attorney Nicholas P. Merriweather with the Admin Yahyrah Mariscal also aiding and abetting in the fraudulent activity as providing their info on their police report where I'm accused of nothing more than being present but lead to be believed as commititq a crime not named...
