Карбоновая рама Lexon Spirit 2022 (Lexon Spirit carbon frame)

Компания LEXON мошенники, они отправляют бракованный товар и прекрасно об этом знают. В споре они предложили вернуть раму за мой счет (я потеряю на этом 12500 рублей или 236 долларов по текущему курсу). Я считаю, что ответственность за возврат неисправного товара лежит на продавце, а хорошим тоном было бы возместить мне и затраты на таможне.
Доказательством того, что продавец отправляет заведомо неисправный товар является видео из Бразилии -    • LEXON spirit, a PRIMEIRA DO BRASIL.   .
В переписке с владельцем канала он сказал мне, что столкнулся с такой же проблемой и был вынужден на токарном станке вытачивать необходимые детали, а также то, что продавец Lexon Official Store выслали ему дополнительно часть механизма амортизации.

Так как видео из Бразилии выложено гораздо ранее, чем произошел мой конфликт с компанией Lexon, то значит продавец прекрасно осведомлен о проблеме и продолжает продажи. Продавец отказывается решать вопрос и требует только возврата товара.

Неисправности в присланной раме:
1. Нерабочий механизм амортизации вследствие конструктивного просчета. В одной из пар подшипников неверное расстояние между ними, другой паре - размер шайб не соответствует внутренней обойме и сжимает сепаратор. Поэтому механизм амортизации полностью неработоспособный.
2. Очень плохое качество покраски, много сколов и краска легко отслаивается.
4. Не хватает деталей:
4.1 Ось заднего колеса упирается в карбон, также в карбон упирается втулка - должна быть металлическая проставка)
4.2 Не хватает детали в рулевой колонке
5. Все плоскости примыкания залиты краской и необходима торцовка.
6. Плохо нарезана резьба в каретке с левой стороны.
7. Надписи на раме на английском языке с ошибками.

Будьте внимательны, заходите на страницу продавца и читайте отзывы. Многие из них НЕ опубликованы на странице с товаром!!!!
Одним из интересных отзывов является история о том, что человек поверил, что ему возместят затраты и вернул им раму. Его обманули и ничего не компенсировали.

Обходите компанию Lexon стороной, я потратил 96640 рублей (1725 долларов) за раму и 4806 рублей (86 долларов) на таможне.

Having received a defective frame, I opened a dipute on Aliexpress. In a dispute, they offered to return the frame at my expense (I will lose 12,500 rubles on this, or $ 236 at the current exchange rate). In correspondence with the owner of the channel, he told me that he faced the same problem and was forced to turn the necessary parts on a lathe, and that the Lexon Official Store seller sent him an additional part of the depreciation mechanism.

Since the video from Brazil was uploaded much earlier than my conflict with Lexon happened, it means that the seller is well aware of the problem and continues to sell. The seller refuses to resolve the issue and only requires the return of the goods.

Faults in the sent frame:
1. Non-working depreciation mechanism due to a design miscalculation. In one of the pairs of bearings, the distance between them is incorrect, in the other pair - the size of the spacers does not match the inner race and compresses the cage. Therefore, the depreciation mechanism is completely inoperative.
2. Very poor quality of painting, many chips and paint peels off easily.
4. Missing Parts:
4.1 The axle of the rear wheel rests against carbon, and the sleeve also rests against carbon - there must be a metal spacer)
4.2 Missing part in the bike headset
5. All joint faces are stained with paint and trimming is required.
6. The thread in the carriage on the left side is poorly cut.
7. Inscriptions on the frame in English with errors (e.g.: "Inspirie").

Be careful, go to the seller's page and read the reviews before purchasing. Many of them are NOT published on the product page!!!!
One of the interesting reviews is the story that the man believed that he would be reimbursed for the costs and returned the frame to them. He was deceived and was not compensated for anything.
