Lexmark Printer MX511, 611, MS610de jams after printing 1 page. Paper tray sensor bending or breaking off repeatedly. Look to see if the feed assembly and sensor arm is popping all the way up when pulling the tray out. The assembly hanging down a little will cause the tray to bend or break off the sensor arm. Greasing the cam assembly will stop the binding and prevent this from happening. If you notice the arm still binding, the sensor assembly under the duplex tray and power supply will have to be greased also. If you found this video you’ll probably have to order the replacement arm and replace it. Because yours is probably already broken.
