Gulu is a city in the Northern Region of Uganda. It is the commercial and administrative Centre of Gulu District. The distance from Gulu to Kampala, is approximately 333 kilometers by road. This is footage of the City undertaking its development before attaining the city status and if you are a normal inhabitant you will compare and see that your taxes have really paid off for sure
