Excited to share my first AR experiment using Google Geospatial Creator and Adobe Aero! 🚀

I had the opportunity to test out the pre-release version of Aero, and it was a great experience. I decided to create something in a place I frequently visit and chose my favorite Espresso Bar Salvator nearby.

Starting with a photo of the place, I mapped it as a texture on a geometry in Blender. Then, I created 3D objects inspired by Salvator's logo and developed animated textures in AE. Although it wasn't a 100% precise prototype, I managed to capture the overall look and feel.

During the process, I was tempted to export the entire scene as a whole, but I learned that exporting each object separately was more effective than exporting the entire scene as one.

As you can see, the real scene is represented in very low detail, making it challenging to accurately place your object. The best way to precisely position your objects is to visit the actual location and move them around until they fit perfectly.

Despite the challenges, experimenting with geo-related AR was incredibly fun and sparked a lot of creative ideas!
