We finally got Dave and Clem to come over from Perth for the second AC/DC down under tour. What better place then Fraser Island?

All the way to Sandy Cape on a brutally hot day, with Eli Creek cooling us off every evening. Caught a shark, dart, whiting and almost a stargazer. Saw a turtle and helped her back into the sea, dingos, amazing Lake McKenzie, swam in the Champagne Pools and had some long strolls through the Maheno Wreck. Got creative with the cooking. Dave made a pumpkin pie sandwich and we had fish and pipis every night.
The second we leave we miss Fraser Island

Great weekend, just a bit too hot.
