Testing network point using JS-468 network cable tester

When you just get your new home, I am sure you will be checking all the defects you can find in the house and rectify them before you start your renovation. However, have you ever thought of checking the network points in the house? Or for those that are not tech savvy (just like me), do you know how to check it?

My renovation contractor actually recommended me to get a network tester to check those network points in the house to make sure they are working. Here we are in this video, I am going to show you what I used and how I check the network points.
