This is a project born from the desire of the Evangelical Church A.B. in Romania – Brașov Parish to support the development of the home care sector through dedicated professional training for caregivers and specialists.

The project focuses on training caregivers and professionals in the field of home care, with the aim of providing safer, more humane, and better-adapted services for the needs of vulnerable individuals. The initiative includes the development of caregivers’ practical, emotional, and professional skills, thereby contributing to an improved quality of life for beneficiaries and their families.
The initiative emphasizes the creation of a coherent and sustainable training program, supported by a solid communication and fundraising strategy aligned with the parish’s mission and oriented toward real community impact.

The idea was developed within the Social Innovation Accelerator of the Caring Communities project, implemented in Romania by the Federation of Social NGOs in Transylvania, together with the Brașov County Council and the Covasna County Council.
