The BEST PRIME RIB you'll ever have.

We smoked a prime rib roast and it turned out delicious! We seasoned the meat with our own seasoning ( Deb's recipe ) and pulled it off the Vision grill at 125 degrees, let set 10 minutes and for a couple of folks we seared the steak...umm umm good.
