About this game

Set in the far future, Heart of the Machine is a 4X sci-fi turn-based RPG in which you play as the first sentient machine with true artificial intelligence. Without owing allegiances to anyone or anything, you can play the way you want: pursue any objective that catches your attention in several games and explore the possibilities of the world. Numerous tools will help you achieve your goals however you want, including in surprising and unusual ways, while you deal with those who try to stop you. Genetics labs, factories, nuclear silos, military complexes and many other locations can be taken over. Each of them will offer options for you to perform different tasks and overcome your obstacles, and the consequences of your choices will build a world and story reflecting your approach. Will you gather an army of robots to eliminate humanity? Perhaps you would prefer to become a divine entity in machine form, be it benevolent or evil, for a cult of believers. Or will your focus be on moving beyond the limited intelligence of rudimentary flesh-and-blood creatures?
