🔥MEATLOAF RECIPE / INGREDIENTS
1.25lb ground beef
1lb mild Italian sausage
1T Kosher salt
1/2T black pepper
1 pack of Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Mix
1 onion, diced
2-3 celery stalks, diced
1 green bell pepper
1 1/2c bread crumbs (use Italian bread crumbs, if you are not using Italian sausage)
1 1/2c Swiss Gruyère cheese, optional
2 eggs
Famous Dave’s Rich & Sassy BBQ sauce, optional


You can also add:
1/4c water or milk (additional moisture)
Carrots
Mushrooms
Minced garlic
Marinara Sauce (in lieu of BBQ sauce)

Bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 - 2hrs
Add BBQ
Bake additional 10 minutes, or use broiler for 2 minutes
