In this episode, Pam Lippitt is joined by Lisa Kramer, of Spark Collaborative Media, who is an advocate for using the tools of creativity and collaboration to build empathy. Lisa employes the tools she learned in her work in theater production to show the importance of everyone feeling part of the whole.


Learn how she is part of a group that uses theater skills to teach trust, vulnerability and communication. Giving people tools can change everything.


This is a great conversation between two people who both worked behind the scenes in high school productions. Lisa also went on to teach others as well.

Pam is a strong advocate for working women and co-founded the Jewish Working Women’s Network. Pam is a life-long Michigander and has a BA in Communications from the University of Michigan.
