2023 was my first full year of triathlon training and it was full of highs and loooooows, with the biggest high of course being the day I became an Ironman!!
Kinda nerded out here crunching numbers on total training stats for the year across swim, bike, and run, and enjoyed getting to re-live some of my fav memories as I edit this vid! :)
Excited for what 2024 has in store.
