Farmer Gareth Wyn Jones is one of the most positive, forward thinking and inspirational people I have ever had the good fortune to meet and interview.

I genuinely wish there were more people like him promoting sustainable living, protecting heritage and helping create new and sustainable tourism experiences and initiatives - not just in north Wales, but around the world.

I defy anyone watching this video to not feel a buzz of adrenaline after listening to Gareth speak. His passion for sustainable farming and living is contagious and, even after some 25+ years in the travel industry, I am extremely excited about what he, his family and brother are doing in the stunningly beautiful part of north Wales that they call home.
