Hip Rehab Pool Workout Day 2
First off if you can get off pain meds get off as soon as you can. This is day two of my hip rehab 3 weeks and two days
REPS TRY TO DO 1-3 BEGGINER 3-8 INTERMEDIATE AND 10-UP ADVANCED DO ONE TO THREE SETS
1. First Exercise 3:50 running or walking foreword and back-really focus on pushing back and then drive up on your knees as you come foreword.
2. Second move your hips and arms out to the side remember to exhale and breath out when you move back legs take your time.
3. then jogging or walking faster try to get your breath up to increase cardio response
4.Balance work this will be tough so then jog to get back
5.Freestyle to front and then turn body to 4 angles
6.Breast Stroke with a small jump don't do if it doesn't feel good with hop but if you can add in do it
7.Backstoke reach back this will feel good especially if you have been in bed like I have been for last 3 weeks
8. Free Floating out and in move slowly also might need to get pool noodle to help support put under arms or not to increase core work
9. Flutter kick keep core engaged.
10.Free kick on tummy for 10 seconds or more depending on level
11.Free kick on back for 10 seconds """""
12. jab cross for 10 seconds
13.Double up your punches then repeat kick patterns for w sets
14.Repeat all arms freestyle, breast stroke, butterfly, back stroke then balance hold you are done congrats

just do this about 1-3 times through remember to listen to your body this is key to your recovery
