We were very excited to start our new class on Tuesday evening last night. We also had our special guest Jeff, who came from Newcastle to join our training together.🤗

"Simple, Direct, Efficient" are the Ving Tsun features. But simple is not easy, spending time on practicing is essential to master all the techniques and polish the skills. We focused on training these techniques and helped the students build up their foundation. The simplest things can be the greatest.💪🏻
