Totem Puzzle:
To complete the totem puzzles shoot the infested cysts on the totems. This might uncover a symbol. Keep in mind what it is and which position its in. Once you have uncovered 3 of the symbols find and activate the drone with the same order. Shoot the doors "eyes" or the boss depending on which part you're on to complete that section.

Symbol names I used to remember where:
Arrow head, Reactor (Similar icon to that of a reactor), Totem (pillar looking icon), Upside down Arrow, Sounder, Cerulean (flipped C)

Platform Colour Puzzle:
Stand on the lifted platform to reveal the ground platform colours. Stand on the same colours as that of the door to unlock it. The order does not matter.
