Yo wassup Majin Buu (Gohan absorbed) is a solid character nothing crazy about him. He don't really have anything crazy, his Super ghost buu attack isn't good I recommend don't use it unless after your knock the opponent away or good amount of range to do. It doesn't do a lot of damage but it might save ya in some cases during the match.
