Ex-Wescom chief, nagsalita na sa isyu ng ‘new model’ deal; Inaming may nakausap na Chinese exec

Sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon ay nagsalita si dating Western Command (Wescom) chief Vice Admiral Alberto Carlos sa isyu ng umano’y ‘new model’ agreement sa Ayungin Shoal ng Pilipinas at China.

Inamin ni Carlos na may nakausap siyang opisyal mula sa Chinese Embassy pero iginiit nitong wala silang tinalakay na anomang kasunduan hinggil sa isyu.
