"I am an Educational Policy Specialist, Researcher and Certified Online Educator with strong academic background in education policy and research from a leading Russell Group UK University. I hold BA with Honors in International Relations and Foreign Policy from University of World Economy and Diplomacy and MSc in Education, Public Policy and Equity from University of Glasgow with Distinction (funded by UK Government Chevening Awards). I have an overall 8- year experience in educational policy, teaching, public policy research and practice in private education sector as well as government organizations and NGOs across Central Asia and Middle Eastern regions. I am a scholarship holder of prestigious programs by Harvard Business School, University of Cambridge, British Council and OSCE. Currently, I am an EdD Candidate in University of Glasgow specializing in educational technology, innovation, policy, management and research.
