FULL DETAIL Discovery 3 / LR3 Rear brake rebuild. In part four of this rebuild we look at replacing the rear right brake caliper with a brand new one from Bearmach. The old original one has done it's part as it has been on the car for 13 years. All rustet I figuered it was best to replace everything when I was alredy doing the hand brake rebuild.

Welcome to the zero faults series and the Project Discovery overland build series. Before I start adding mods like roof rack, rock sliders, lights and so on, I want to reset the car and get all faults cleared away. And first of is a full brake replacement starting with front brake discs an pads in full details.

There are 2 major and some minor faults with the car at this point. The major ones are the EPB/handbrake module that has jammed on and the EGR-valves not closing. These are throwing an error and need to be fixed togheter with new brakes discs and pads all around before the MOT in June. About two months from this point in time.

This reset series will end up in the EGR-replacement video and concluding with a MOT test day video.
