The legend of Banjo Paterson's ‘Man from Snowy River’ is still alive and well in Corryong and local lads the Mitchell brothers have a passion for the legend of the mountain horseman.

Each year John and his brother David compete at the The Man from Snowy River Bush festival held near their hometown. Back Roads presenter Heather Ewart learns both brothers have won the challenge in previous years and while the rivalry is polite the competition this year is fiercer than ever.
